Landscape Maintenance Spring Initiation This is a Clean-up of the entire lawn and landscape areas. It includes the following: Corrective hand pruning of ornamentals, shrubs & hedges; The removal of sucker growth and volunteers from plants and beds; Hand and power edging of walkways, drives, and patio areas; Hand working of all bed areas including edging and weeding; Applying pre and post-emergent weed control products; And the mulching of all bed areas with premium hard wood bark mulch.
Additional Maintenance Visits We will have regularly scheduled visits to maintain your property and keep it looking its best. Frequency of visits will vary depending on the size of the property.
Estate Plan: - Our Premium Program! We have designed this program to accommodate todays busy lifestyle. The estate plan leaves all the care and responsibility of your grounds to Hyde Park Landscaping. Your property will be treated as if it were our very own and will be inspected regularly by one of our licensed managers. The cost for this service is based on man-hours and materials needed. Aeration and/or Overseeding - Core Aeration relieves soil compaction, stimulates root development and provides an excellent environment for seeding. This service is highly recommended for proper turf care.
5 Step Turf Maintenance Program - Our program consists of five treatments applied approximately 6 8 weeks apart. Each treatment will include a balanced granular fertilizer and broadleaf weed control as needed.Pre-emergent control for crabgrass and surface insecticide will be applied at the proper time if necessary. Our goal is to build thick, healthy lawns that do not require the use of pesticides. Grub control will be an additional charge if needed.
Grass Cutting - Professional mowing service for our full-service customers consisting of approximately (30) thirty cuts annually.
Tree Work - Complete insurance coverage, experienced climbers, quality workmanship, and certified Arborist on staff.
Removal - We are fully equipped to take down and remove any size tree.
Pruning - Selective shaping and/or corrective pruning. Removal of deadwood. (Thinning)
Cabling - Installation of support cables when necessary.
Stump Removal -Grinding of unwanted tree stumps. We can also remove large tree stumps and install a new tree in the same place.
Deep Root Feeding - Application of balanced, slow release fertilizer injected directly into the root systems of the plants. This supplies supplemental nutrients necessary to maintain healthy plants.
Wilt Pruf - A glossy anti-desiccant material applied directly on trees and shrubs to prevent moisture loss and protect them from damaging winter winds.
Leaf Removal - Complete clean- up of leaves and debris. The charge for this service is based on the number of man-hours worked and will vary depending on the specifics of each job.
Snow Plowing - Professional commercial and residential snow removal and de-icing service customized to your needs.
Lot Clearing - Do you have a lot that needs clearing? Let Hyde Park Landscaping, Inc. remove those unwanted trees so that you can build your next home or business.
Finish Grading & Excavation - Our experienced staff will also do any of the finish grading and excavating on your site before you begin your next project.
DrainWork - Water settling in your yard is unsightly and can be dangerous. It is also a breeding area for those pesky mosquitoes. We can help by installing drains to keep water moving away from your property or grade area.
